Baked Dark Chocolate Fondant with Vanilla Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS



 
METHOD

  1. Gently melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl together.
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar until doubled in size and pale.
  3. Fold in the flour and mix well, place in the fridge and allow to firm up.
  4. Place the mix into 4 greaseproof paper lined rings and put into a pre-heated oven at 180°C for approximately 9 minutes.
  5. Decorate your plates to your taste and serve the hot fondant with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
