On these pages we introduce you to Wales`s thriving food scene and some of its leading lights. Wales the True Taste Food and Drink Awards are the 'Oscars' for food and drink in Wales. The Welsh Assembly Government managed awards cover everything from restaurants and places to shop to produce and speciality food companies, all of which are passionate about quality and natural taste.
